Security key tags are designed to stay permanently attached to the key. Using a small bolt, the tag is securely fixed, preventing removal under normal use. All mounting hardware is included.
Durable and tamper-proof key tags
Security key tags provide a reliable solution to a common issue: guests, users, or customers removing numbered tags from keys. With this anti tamper system, that problem is effectively eliminated. The tag features a durable steel cable mechanism that permanently secures the key in place. Once attached, the key cannot be removed without visible damage.
This makes the product fully tamper evident and tamper resistant, ideal for environments where key identification must remain intact at all times. The security key tags are sold individually.
Tamper evident and durable construction
The only way to separate the key from the tag is by cutting the twisted steel cable. This causes irreversible damage, as the braided cable will fray, making any tampering immediately visible. This simple, cost effective solution is widely used in situations where keys and their identification must never be separated.
Custom security key tags
We engrave the key tags horizontally for a durable, wear resistant result. You can specify any numbering you need, such as:

Sequential numbering: logical ranges, for example 0001 through 9999

Individual numbers: no fixed order, for example 10, 80, or 2

Combinations: letters and numbers are also possible
Examples of sequences:
01 through 10 means 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10
1 through 5 means 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
B1 through B4, B8 means B1, B2, B3, B4, and B8
